Garmin is looking for a Finnish speaking customer service representative to join their Nordic family in Allerød (30 minutes from Copenhagen).
As a Nordic Customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact at Garmin Nordics and hereby must provide high-quality service to Finnish customers in the following areas: Sport & fitness, Car navigation and outdoor. Your job is to ensure a variety of tasks within the organization:
- Manage support related questions from Garmin Nordics customers received through the different contact points (phone and e-mail and in the future also chat).
- Ensure every contact are managed with a high sense of customer service, focus on efficiency and in a timely matter always trying to achieve excellence in facilitating from receive to point of end, and by doing so enabling Garmin as the preferred manufacture.
- Perform high-end guidance in Garmin products for end users.

What do we expect from you?
We are looking for someone with experience in customer service who can ensure, that all the customers are met with high quality service and that you can remain efficient from start to end.It is required that you speak and write Finnish and English on a high level and that your communicative skills are precise. Also, we would like you to have a basic knowledge or interest within electronics and fitness equipment, since you will advise customers within a wide range of Garmins products. You will receive training in the products before you start the work.
Garmin is looking for 2 full time employee who can start immediately and work until August 2020. You will be hired as a temporary worker by StudentConsulting with the possibility of being hired by Garmin afterwards. The Contact Center is open from 07.00-18.00 Monday-Friday, but you can expect to work between 08.00-16.00.
Initial interviews will be held continuously at StudentConsulting. If you proceed in the process, you will attend a second interview at Garmin. Here, your English language skills will be tested, and we will contact references and ask for a copy of your criminal record.
