We are looking for two Customer Care Coordinators to join L’Oréal’s Operations department in Havneholmen: A Swedish-speaking Customer Care Coordinator to start as soon as possible and a Finnish-speaking Customer Care Coordinator to start on March 1st 2021.
Your work tasks:
As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will work for the Professional Products Division (PPD). Together with your colleagues you will primarily be helping hair salons with their orders online and via email, phone and chat. You must be able to guide the customer at every channel and handle bills, claims and credit questions in SAP. Your responsibilities will therefore include:
- Proactively ensuring correct order processing and follow-up on the delivery.
- Efficiently answering to the clients requirements (e.g. in regards to deadlines, shortages, information, disputes)
- Recording, analyzing and follow up on disputes situations (complains, deductions, returns etc.) in accordance with your colleagues in Credit, Sales, Controlling and the physical distribution.
- Enforcing the credit policy and the application of the sales terms and conditions regarding payment deadlines, through follow up of the bills payment and in proactively ensuring reminders.Along with other related tasks.
What we are looking for?
You will be a good fit to this position if you thrive in an outgoing role and have experience with customer service, preferably from the beauty industry. Professional language skills in English plus Swedish or Finnish is a requirement. Experience with SAP is a plus.
As a person you are helpful, team oriented and reliable. You master multitasking and enjoy receiving new work-related challenges and are not afraid to ask questions.
You will work 37 hours per week and the working hours will be placed from Monday to Friday between 8 am to 5 pm. The phone lines are open between 9 am to 3 pm for Swedish customers and 8 am to 2 pm for Finnish customers.
You will be employed by StudentConsulting in a temporary position for one year but for the right candidate the period might be prolonged, or you could be directly employed at L’Oréal.
